I will stay at this hotel next time I go to Dali! The scenery of the hotel is so beautiful! The small terrace has a panoramic view of Erhai Lake. Fruit yogurt is also given when you check in. It is so comfortable to lie on the rattan chair and drink tea while watching the sea. The service of the hotel is also super good. There are free electric cars to borrow. The electric cars are also very good. It feels like there is no need to charge them when riding around Erhai Lake. The three of us rode to Xizhou Ancient Town and back without any pressure. The boss is really a kind person. He will patiently answer us any questions! The hotel even has breakfast! The rice noodles are delicious! Don't worry about this one!

The location of the B&B is right by the Erhai Lake, close to the Xizhou Ancient Town. The environment is clean and warm. It is the solid wood style I like, with some ethnic elements. She helps to unpack the luggage, sees us eat takeout, makes tea for us, and eats fruit. It is very warm.

The overall style is more Japanese and simple. It is close to Xizhou, so it is quiet and less crowded. There are not many people passing by the ecological corridor in the off-season. It is just far from the ancient city. I like the style of the B&B. I also like the books of Alain de Botton. The boss lady also makes hand-washing on the first floor. Guests can get a discount when they order coffee. It is so quiet and I like it. The toiletries are also good and smell good. I just don’t see an exhaust fan in the bathroom. I was a little worried about the odor at first. Later I found that it was okay and it didn’t seem to affect me. The boss is not at the B&B 24 hours a day. If you come back too late, you have to be careful. You may not be able to find someone right away.

GGuest UserI think this is a really nice hotel and the people are very willing to help you. Breakfast is not a choice, but there is so much good food that comes on a tray. It's a walkable area but the area is incredibly expensive for China. If you're an expat, You should know some things...like 1st of all it's incredibly far from the train station about an hour and a 1/2. Secondly I don't think that the price for the queen suite is fair. I don't know what I can say but it was more expensive than a 4 mandarin grand carlton in other areas of China. While it was nice, the price doesn't reflect what you get. I'd stay here again, for sure, if I was going back to the area, but I would book one of their cheaper rooms. Service was great, but we got here (yes they tried to contact me in advance, but I don't speak much Chinese) and it was quite a puzzle in figuring how to get to the actual hotel. Luckily someone from another hotel was able to help. Once they knew we were here, they shuttled our luggage to the hotel and carried it to our rooms. The people working here are wonderful, but the area is very expensive and room prices for the queen suite are WAY more than you will get elsewhere in China.

The flowers in the yard are beautiful, and the sea view is unbeatable! I stayed here for another night and saw the sunrise, rainbow, and the full moon over Erhai Lake at night without leaving the house. It was really worth the trip! The breakfast was delicious, and it tasted even better with such a scenery! The boss and the housekeeper were very kind. They helped us contact a chartered car when we left for Lijiang! The kittens are also very cute and photogenic!

Coco went way beyond her responsibilities to meet our requests and even offer more than what we asked for. She always reponded to our weChat text very quickly. Coco really deserves to be rewarded. It reflects a good culture in the hotel as other staff are also very helpful. It really made our stay in Dali memorable. Location of the hotel is also very good; just opposite the cruise terminal and a short walk to many restaurants. The view of the lake from the room is really nice. Breakfast is also good and extensive. If I ever visit Dali again, I will surely stay at Pullman again, and look for Coco.

Breakfast is a traditional Chinese breakfast with noodles and various dim sum. It was refreshing coming back in the evenings to a small snack from the hotel that generally included warm milk and fresh fruit. The bed is very comfortable. The owner and staff and very kind and will help you to the best of their abilities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

What truly impressed me was their unwavering support when we encountered an unfortunate scam. The host not only provided assistance but also guided us through the process of filing a complaint, alleviating much of our stress and frustration.

RrobynwhaleyThis hotel is more like a flat, it's in a block of flats meaning cars can't pick you up from the door, you have to walk outside of the community. The view is gorgeous and the hotel will pick you up from the railway station and guide you to your room. It's on the opposite side of the lake to the attractions, which we didn't mind as it was nice and quiet and gives you a different view of the lake. The room is decorated with a lot of tacky toys, literally Teddy bears on the bed like a child's room, if they were gone it would be nicer.
