We had an incredible stay at the hotel, everything is just right, comfortable lighting, we get to catch fireworks on new year. The only problem we had was with the slippers, somehow it kept on picking up dust n hair from the room carpet. I hope they will draw attention to this matters.

It's Chinese version of 5 star hotel. for example, the staff brazenly opens the doors to your room without permission

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel and was satisfied with my experience. The hotel, being newly built was clean and offered excellent service. The only minor inconvenience was that accessing the room required going up to the top floor lobby and then taking a different elevator down. Despite this small inconvenience, my overall experience was positive and I would consider staying here again.

Two of the elevators have different functions, and the guestroom elevators require a room key for use, further ensuring the safety and privacy of our guests. My family enjoyed staying here! The hotel is nice and new. Centrally located to all the tourist attractions. Breakfast was colorful with variety for everyone. The only problem I had was that I had to call three times for them to deliver an extra blanket and took over an hour. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

One of the best hotel in Dalian. The room is amazing and the service was even better. To reach the hotel lobby, you have to take the lift to the top floor (41) of the building and to reach your room, take the lift down. Slight inconvenience for this arrangement but the environment is fantastic.

The sea view room actually has only a partial sea view, facing another tower.
Price is too high considering what it offers. The staff is nice, but most lack professional training, especially in the restaurant and club.
