非常好的一次體驗，服務和環境都很好，海景無敵了，早餐也不錯，小朋友很喜歡👍

房間挺好，去哪都很方便，服務也很周到，特別是kary經理，很熱情，遇到問題總能及時解決，特別感謝🙏🏻有機會下次還會來君悦住的！

非常滿意，位置優越服務周到

酒店地理位置很好，樓下就是星海廣場，在房間就可以看到跨海大橋，挖沙也很方便。星巴克，肯德基必勝客都在酒店旁邊，五分鐘的路程。管家Kary很好，幫我升級了更高樓層，每天還有水果贈送，提前準備好小童用品，去海洋館的時候幫我準備雨傘，下次來大連還會住君悦。

I came to Grand Hyatt Dalian again this year! My child's good impression of Dalian is based on Grand Hyatt Hotel. This year is very different. At the beginning, the duty manager Kary Lu Dan asked us about our various needs. After checking in, he also tirelessly gave me various travel suggestions. Wow, there were fruits and toothpaste and toothbrushes for children. The children were so happy. Kary was like a Doraemon who met many of my requests! Kary knew that the child didn't eat well after the takeaway, so he sent a panda doll. The child was so happy that he could say idioms, saying "sweep away the haze". Kary got off work at five o'clock and kept replying to us until eight o'clock. It felt like a friend who always cared about us. The rest of the hotel is also great, I won't say more one by one, and I will probably come again next year.

衞生環境都很好

酒店地理位置很好，海景房view很不錯，出行也很方便，毗鄰星海廣場，很熱鬧，唯一的意見是希望早餐能夠再好一點，豐富一點。
