此次來大連，我入住的這家酒店不僅環境優雅，更以其細緻入微的服務讓我印象深刻。尤其是退房當日發生的一幕，至今仍讓我感動不已。
退房時拉着小推車，上面放着三箱給家人帶特產，一位年青的服務人員主動上前幫我推車，並説著幫忙放車上，在得知我要坐公交去北站是，二話沒説便拉着推車給我送到300米以外的公交站，在等車的間隙，他還幫助兩位老奶奶解答乘車問題，耐心地告訴她們應該乘坐哪路車以及在哪裡下車，在不知道站點以及站名的情況下，便拿出手機去搜尋，然後再細心的告知，這一幕温馨的場景讓我深切感受到了酒店人員的熱情與友好。這位年輕服務人員的主動與熱情，不僅大大減輕了我的旅途負擔，更為我的大連之行畫上了完美的句號。他的行動充分展現了酒店對客人無微不至的關懷。

洗澡的噴頭像機關槍 嘟嘟嘟的。另外這個價位的電視沒有點播的功能。最主要的那牙刷 邊刷邊掉那個牙刷毛，一個破牙刷你也這麼糊弄！然後一個六層的酒店 一個電梯。秀！
