酒店雖然老但傢俱很厚重，早餐也不錯，對於五星酒店來説已經足夠了。恰巧碰到主管曹紅巖，王嬿和服務員何麗，非常熱情，服務非常好！

What on earth was a five-star hotel thinking? There was not a single non-smoking room left! The lady at the front desk was very nice. She helped me change the room twice to see which one was acceptable. In fact, they were all similar. The room was already pickled with smoke! Because I had to do something the next day and didn't want to bother with it, I stayed for a night with my nose pinched. I coughed so much that I couldn't stand it anymore and checked out the next day and fled to another hotel. The front desk on the second day was also very good. They offered to help me check out early and refund me one night's fee, which I didn't expect. In terms of hygiene and facilities, there was hair on the bed, the carpet was very dirty, and the carpet in the corridor was even bulging. Others didn't look well maintained. I went to the Chaozhou restaurant of the hotel for dinner. The waitress told me that I could order a set meal. I ordered a barbecued pork set meal, which was very large and came with a vegetarian dish. But I could tell right away that it was not freshly made. The edge of the barbecued pork was hard to chew. If I guessed correctly, it was heated in the microwave. The color of the vegetables had changed. Only the fruit was fresh. I went there for the first five-star hotel in Northeast China, but I was very disappointed. Except for the good service attitude of the staff, the other hardware and software were far from five-star.

客房服務非常滿意，特別是王慧秋，許培蘭，耿志俊師傅，還有游泳館體驗也很好，能夠及時解決遇到的問題。
