Lovely service and friendly. There is only one point to mention: They don't consider DND and may find room service entering the room even if the DND is on.

We stayed in this hotel as a couple for 4 days during Chinese national day holiday. We booked east wing rooms and the room decorations is a bit old but room is very comfortable and big. Hotel location is great and only 10 minutes walk to Zhongshan Square and subway. There is lots of restaurants and shopping malls near hotel. The breakfast is not very reach in Western foods.

I stayed in an executive room. The service provided by the executive lounge team was amazing (actually the best I have received in China). The breakfast and afternoon tea in the lounge was amazing. One day I went to the buffet for breakfast and was disappointed by the cleanliness of it, so I decided to just eat at the lounge. The laundry team was also great. They noticed one of my dresses had a small issue so they fixed it. Most of the staff spoke at least some English, it was the first time in China that even the housekeeper could speak English.

What a wonderful thing it is to meet unexpectedly on the road! This year I chose to stay at Furama Hotel in Dalian again. It just so happened that it was the same floor as last year and the same waitress, Ms. Meng Fanling. Her service attitude was as good as always. She was patient and meticulous in treating the elderly and was serious and responsible in her work. Very good!

This is an old five-star hotel in Dalian. Although it is a bit old, the service quality, room facilities, and convenience of surrounding shopping are still there! Especially the breakfast is great! Rich ingredients and fresh fruits.

The room was very comfortable and the lobby service was very good! The only downside was that the hair dryer didn't work, and it didn't work even if I changed it. In addition, I hope that the guest room could have more toilet paper and facial tissues for the 2-day stay. It's too troublesome to call the customer service for such a small matter in a 5-star hotel. I was very satisfied with the buffet breakfast.

Since we let the child experience that he should be responsible for his own affairs, we told him to save money and then moved to another place. We stayed for 2 nights. I am very grateful to Wang Yanyan, Li Nan, Liu Yanyan for their care, and Wang Xuemei, Cao Hongyan and others for their help.

The guest room is not large, about 36 to less than 40 square meters. After all, the East Building is an old building with outdated but complete facilities. The smart toilet is very good, why not adjust it to fully automatic? Traveling here is convenient. There is also the old wooden tram No. 201 not far from Democracy Square, but waiting for the train is slow and time-consuming. There are several restaurants in the hotel, but due to time constraints we only went to Zuixian Pavilion. The fried shrimps were delicious, with crispy shells and springy shrimp meat. There are almost no seats in the lobby seating area. Why?
