The Conrad is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff is incredibly helpful, the service was impeccable and the amenities were plenty and convenient to reach. It would be great for them to improve how they deliver food, perhaps use a trolley and tray.

Can’t believe I spent this amount of money for this hotel.
The cleaning condition for the room was bad and the breakfast was bad, the service is bad. They do not speak English.

We went for our anniversary and stayed up on 38th floor. It was an amazing view. We were happy.
