The rooms are cleaned and big enough to live comfortably. Furniture is a bit “old style” but in good condition. Amenities and facilities are in good condition. Service at reception is excellent.

very convenient location in the heart of New Development area of Dalian. Quite a selection of restaurants and bars that are walking distance around the Hotel. Will be happy to stay at East Hotel again.

Location is good,.central of Kaifaqu area, 2 min walking to '5 color city' (restaurants , bars, area) Room was tied and clean. 5 min walking to train station, and 15 min to shoping mall (if you like go to cinema or shopping).

The hotel is quite old, and the rooms are all old. The advantage is that it has a small bathtub, but you have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower, which is not friendly to the elderly and easy to fall. The hygiene is OK. The quality of breakfast is OK, with many varieties. There are Japanese meals for breakfast, which is a highlight. But the service attitude of the whole hotel is really too bad, especially the young waitress at the front desk, whose attitude is particularly bad. In short, I feel that the entire hotel staff is indifferent. Because it is an old room type, the sound insulation is too poor. If there is noise from the next door, it is too noisy to fall asleep. Parking is also inconvenient. I didn't see any underground parking lot, and there are not enough parking spaces on the ground. Next time I come to Dalian, I will never stay in Dongfang Building again.

The smart toilet is great, but taking a bath is not very convenient. The shower is not very friendly to the elderly. The best thing is the breakfast. You can try Western, Chinese and Japanese styles. They all taste good and it is a good experience.

I always stay at this hotel. It is close to the Development District Station on Line 3, and there are many Japanese restaurants across the road from the hotel. There are also many snacks. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Dalian Station, and you can transfer from Dalian Station, so it's definitely better than staying at a hotel with poor transportation links in the city. Japanese is spoken at the hotel, and the facilities and quality are satisfactory.

The room I booked for my parents is clean and hygienic, very quiet, and the breakfast is very popular. Friends around me recommend this store. Visiting relatives and traveling are much more cost-effective than living near scenic spots.

The hotel facilities and equipment are a bit old, but they are still very clean and tidy. There is a park behind where you can take a stroll. What I hate the most is that there are too many cicadas, which make a lot of noise.
