I came to Dalian Citywalk on May Day and looked for a hotel half a month in advance. I saw this apartment hotel on Ctrip. The room area is not bad, but not as big as written on the promotional page (the Ctrip page says 50 square meters, but it is actually estimated to be only about 30 square meters. Is the public area also included?). It is close to the subway station and the transportation is quite convenient, but it is a bit far from the scenic spot. Fortunately, Dalian is not very big, so it is acceptable. The shower and toilet in the room are separated into dry and wet, which is good. The home appliances and furniture are relatively complete, but there are obvious stains on the carpet and sofa, which is probably difficult to clean (the hotel should think of a way to solve this problem, otherwise the subsequent guests will have a bad stay experience). The TV has a set-top box, but you can't watch TV stations.

The sanitation is not very good, the sound insulation is a bit average, you can hear people talking and walking outside, which affects your rest. Other aspects are OK, the price is not very expensive, it's average, no surprises, no accidents.

The hotel is very old. There is a smell as soon as you enter the room. The carpet is very dirty. There are food residues on the stools. The water flow of the rain shower head is small. When you turn on the faucet and the two shower heads, water is flowing. The clothesline is broken. The bath towels are hard and yellow. The mineral water provided is ice dew. Takeaways cannot be brought upstairs and can only be placed on the lobby floor in a mess.

It is very close to the Jinma Road Light Rail Station, and it is convenient to travel. There is no traffic jam when going to Jinshitan and the airport. The receptionist at the front desk is very good. I will stay here next time and recommend it to my friends.

The hotel looks very big from the photos, but it is actually like an apartment building. There is a smell of sewer in the room, and I slept with this dead smell all night! There is a ** wall opposite the bed, which is very uncomfortable! The air conditioner is aging, and the shower water in the bathroom is very small! The facilities are old, the hygiene is poor, and there is a smell! The room is small and not as big as written!

The hotel manager was also very nice. He told us good places to go out and helped us find beach tools. 👍

The hotel is in a good location near the light rail station in the development zone, with convenient transportation, good service, clean rooms, a slightly average breakfast, and a decent price/performance ratio.
