房間樓層很高，視野很開闊，乾淨，方便，房間的雙洗手池大氣，房間內的沙發我們一家三口一起吃着夜宵看着電視，配合著mini吧的飲料，很是愜意，感謝酒店經理送的小孩的早餐，謝謝

給長者孩子訂房，特意定了一個好點的酒店，對於服務給分低，不滿意，主要是因為前台，非常不專業！！！當地朋友知道我們來，在前台放了水果，説了房間號，姓名及電話，等孩子回來取，結果我忘記告訴長者了，酒店前台都沒有電話通知一下客人，這不像五星標準；第二、續住一天，臨走退房，到店付，孩子現場付款，前台一位男士倒騰了20多分鐘，期間長者、孩子一直站着等待，最後找了其他兩位同事檢查確認沒有問題，才放人走！！結果剛剛攜程給我打電話，説酒店通知我們人走了沒付款！！！！！第三，因為臨時續住，晚上從9點左右打電話，協調續住相關流程，電話一直沒有人接，語音提示線路忙，給我回，我從晚上8點至10點打了有十幾次，一個回覆的電話都沒等來！！希望酒店加強前台培訓，對得起這個星級標準

先説重要的，對小朋友特別友好！小童娛樂區有專人看護，設備比較新，恆温泳池適合晚上休閑娛樂。孩子在外邊沙灘碰傷了，腳在酒店大堂上葯的時候服務員還給拿來了一次性拖鞋。因為我是在其他酒店沒睡好才果斷入住皇冠假日，當晚睡得非常的舒服，一個夢沒做，一覺到天亮，温度適宜，被子厚薄合適，不像其他酒店就是四季被，四季被厚開了空調，晚上睡覺還熱。皇冠假日酒店的被子是夏涼被，空調不用開太冷，而且空調聲音不大，整個房間非常的寬敞，從房間直接可以看到星海廣場的音樂噴泉，看到跨海大橋。晚上在酒店吃的自助，一大一小297超值，想吃的海鮮（海蟹）都吃到了，想吃的甜點也都吃到了。酒店自助早餐很豐盛，早晨吃完一天都不餓。

服務態度很好。但酒店硬件設施性價比不高，房間裝修一般，酒店游泳池在二樓衹有小小的面積，類似小童戲水池，不是五星酒店的泳池，不配套。總體感覺，不配這個價格。

帶孩子出來玩，團購了1999雙床兩天，入住又讓➕了400元不説，最後説我訂單不含早餐，我説要退了從新訂，還不給退，説退單扣%50違約金，團購的時候也不標註不含早餐，最後入住説早餐又要➕收128元一位，我覺得酒店團購存在隱形消費，最後前台優惠了還88一位，一天又➕收176元早餐費，全程➕錢，很不滿意
