Disadvantages: I had noted that I needed children's products when booking on the platform, but there were none when I checked in. I left my luggage and went out. When I came back late at night, it was not delivered, so I had to call to ask for it now; when checking in, the hotel facilities were not introduced, such as which floor the restaurant, swimming pool, and gym were on, the breakfast time, and the children's playground was not mentioned when I saw that I brought my children; finally, it is a common problem of high-rise hotels - dirty windows outside.

The bed and pillows are also very comfortable, and the picky children slept peacefully. The breakfast is very rich. My friend came to visit the child without knowing that he was sick. The service supervisor Liu Dongzhe helped to arrange disinfection and sterilization for the room, and also thoughtfully placed an air purifier. Ten thousand likes!
