為了旅遊能有一個好的心情和安全的環境，我們特地定了全季酒店，但是沒想到……
從發現當晚有人試圖開房門時我們三個就很害怕，膽戰心驚一晚凌晨三點才睡，直到看到男士內褲在浴室我們直接崩不住了，聯想到那張無人拿走的房卡，是有人在我們離開房間後進去洗澡了嗎？是不是誰都可以進入這間房？全季酒店置顧客的安全與何地？？？以後還敢住嗎？？？
事情的過程
1、在入住的第三天1.22下午，回到酒店後發現插着房卡燈都亮着，以為是保潔人員忘記了（這張房卡毫無任何標誌，跟房客使用的一致），當天晚上十一點左右有人連續刷了兩次卡要開門，我們出聲阻止後才離開。1.23日第二天出門的時候特地放在顯眼的桌子上，保潔來打掃衞生也沒有人拿走。
2.1.23日當晚八點左右，洗澡關門時發現門後有一條男士內褲，立即聯繫前台，是一位女士接的電話，但是是一位男服務人員下來找我們瞭解情況男服務人員提出更換房間，但是我們第二天就要退房，不想大費周折（非常生氣，明知我們三個女生）這名男服務人員走後立即告知前台（女的接電話）並説第二天經理會處理
處理的過程
1.1.24上午跟經理進行溝通，全程都是十分平和的交流並且表達我們的訴求（房費的五折）
2.中午退房時剛走到前台，這名經理便開始質問我們，説查了很久的監控並沒有看見我們所説的有人來開我們的房門，還説我們可以報警，他們也會出示監控，這算是一種威脅嗎，看着我們三個小姑娘，我們無語不想過多糾纏便離開去趕飛機了，剛出門一會兒又打電話説看到有人開門了，還解釋是一名高中生，請問他告訴你他未滿十八，是一名高中生了嗎？
3.接下來就開始交涉賠償的問題，經理確實也同意五折，但是是一晚房費的五折167元。試問如果我們三個女生的安全出現了任何問題也是這五折167嗎？
4.關於賠償問題，我們明確説了各退一步我們不要所有房費的五折，賠償一晚的房費就行了，經理的説辭是請示領導請示領導請示領導，請問你們領導是衹在下午三點上線嗎？等了那麼久還是一晚的五折，真的呵呵
5.167元我收了，但是這個差評我必須給，把別人旅遊的好心情破壞完了，不想理解，一點也理解不了，給全季酒店極差的服務體驗，沒毛病啊

定的家庭房，淡季價位合適，環境衞生和服務，都很滿意，酒店位置完美，吃喝玩樂都很方便，打車去各個景點，基本十幾元，以後再來大連，還會選擇這家全季。

냉장고가 없는게 조금 아쉬웠지만 겨울에가서 별 어려움은 없었네요 택시타고 다니기도 위치가 좋았어요
