After checking in at 18:00 in the afternoon, the children did not go to bed and played with tablets on the sofa. At 22:00, when I was about to go to bed, I opened the quilt and found suspected ** marks on the sheets, and several hairs from the private parts under the pillow (it was really disgusting and I didn't take photos). I called the front desk to change the sheets and quilt covers, and they said that there was no one in the housekeeping department after get off work. The front desk opened a room next door. I went to the new room next door and found that the room was very cold and a little cold. I was afraid that the children would catch a cold, so I asked the waiter to help me change the quilt and sheets of the next room. After a while, an old security guard came. He only helped me take away the quilt that I asked to change in the original room. No one cared and I had to change the quilt, sheets and pillows by myself. . I was angry in the middle of the night. I just had to be able to eat breakfast in the morning. I heard that the owner of this hotel is not here all year round, resulting in very, very poor management from top to bottom. Don't book a hotel just because you see the Kyriad brand like me. This Kyriad is far different from other cities. . . There is nothing good about the sanitation service environment and breakfast. . I would like to add that I did not dare to take a shower in the hotel because the towels were black and hard, looked dirty and prickly.
