The location is quite convenient. There are gas stations and fast food restaurants within a mile of driving. The sanitation and facilities are average. The dog stays in the house and pays more. #128178;30, it is more. The overall price comparison is still ok.

Not overwhelmingly friendly. Long check in with nobody else there. No luggage cart. Had to bring everything in because the reviews warn of car robberies. No warm breakfast. Password written wrong on card key holder. Ugh. The little things. I called the front desk for the password. LYT57. See photo.

First, our experience with this hotel was absolutely horrible. The key system in our door failed multiple times, causing numerous trips to get help to get into our room. Second, the tail lights of our vehicle were stolen over night. The initial manager we worked with was complete unhelpful and refused to help accessing the cameras to give more information to our insurance. Please explain how this happened when they have overnight security that patrols the parking lot?? The manager was dismissive and had the audacity to offer us dinner despite the amount of time and money this ordeal will put us out on. Instead of offering any sort of help he offered dinner. Dinner is offensive in the lieu of actual help and care. Despite all of this, when we spoke with Quin she was amazing. She was understanding, polite, and helped us that best she could. It is ONLY because of our amazing interaction with Quin that this hotel is getting the review we are giving it. Thank you Quin!

Two double beds, large room, cheap price!

First, let me commend the friendly daytime front desk clerk and the fact that this was one of the few Motel 6’s I’ve visited that had free WiFi that actually worked. Now, the bad. - bathroom was filthy with crud on the toilet seat and pubic hair on the shower floor. - room was recently painted and the fumes gave me a headache - garbage was strewn all over the common areas - at night the strip club next door plays thumping bass that you can feel in the rooms until 3am, even during the week (I stayed on a Tuesday). Well, the manager told me it went on until 3am. I moved to the Wingate down the street because this place was intolerable. - shady characters lurking around, and one even barged into my room while I was packing to escape to habitable accommodations. When I went to the desk to ask about the noise and the paint fumes there were two men there. One of them suggested they move me to a room on the other side of the motel. This would have been a welcome gesture, but the other man (who I presume was in charge) overruled him and said that he would not move me to a new room. This conversation happened right on front on me, a paying customer. They had rooms available and the ability address my concerns, but this man simply refused to accommodate me. I have never experienced such callus and inconsiderate behavior by a customer service representative in my life. Motel 6 should be ashamed to have their name attached to this establishment.

The breakfast is very simple, there is nothing to eat, just join in. They have an airport shuttle bus to Dallas love field airport, from 6 am to 10 pm. Others are ok, the hotel is quite satisfactory.

We had our return flight cancel on us, the staff was amazing! They went above & beyond to help us get through a stressful situation. Hotel was clean and the staff was amazing! I would highly recommend.

I was very well located, the perfect service was so q I was missed a phone in my room and I had already gone and I was called to q return to pick it up and I had neither noticed q I said q I was not worried q my phone was going to be kept waiting for me to return , cleaning was normal q the property was taking some repairs yet there was no noise and everything was quiet and for the night there was a security in the parking
