Stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed my stay. The entire team is very friendly and will promptly address any concerns. Valet had the most attentive staff I have ever seen. I was on the 20th floor near an ice machine which was a little loud but my fault since I picked that room. My fridge did not work but the team immediately took care of it for me. As others stated, the bathroom is small but the shower was nice. They do a great job here!

Two families traveling together (2 adults, 4 kids-ages 9, 10, 11 & 13) for a staycation during the week. The beach rental flooded, so we headed to north Texas instead. Art in the hotel was amazing. Snuck in a history lesson during summer vacation. Food in restaurants was above average with above average prices as well. Restrooms were extremely clean. Rooms were only serviced for 2+ days stay. Only serviced one time between Tues-Fri. You pay the price for convenience but you could check in and never leave the hotel. Water park was open 10-7. Spa was not open yet, a little disappointing. Customer service was top notch.

Let me start with this: if you have a rental car or are driving a car of your own, you should NOT stay here. Valet Parking is required, and this is the WORST valet arrangement we had ever seen. I felt sorry for the employees. There's just one lane, so you can't drive on through once you get your car. You have to wait as each vehicle is unloaded or packed up. Think: families unloading bag after bag with toddlers in tow. Or people departing, taking their time loading bags into the trunk, chatting, getting settled in the car, checking their phones, with zero regard that four cars are trapped behind them. It was a very frustrating component of this hotel. Other than that, hotel is fine. Location is good. Beds and pillows are great. ”Real” shower doors that close and actually contain the water (as opposed to the new trend of half-doors where water goes all over the bathroom floor). In-room coffee service was surprisingly tasty. My cousin ordered room service and said the food was cold and they forgot to bring utensils. Overall, a decent stay. But that valet parking is the reason we won't return. Unfortunate. If they removed the decorative fencing and plants by the sidewalk, they might be able to create a pass-through lane and solve the problem.
