Will not return. Room desperately needed a deep clean, repairs, and replacements of damaged items/materials. Check in staff were slow, discourteous, made significant errors, and then blamed and inconvenienced us for the consequences of their mistakes. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Road noise was quite loud (even in a 9th floor room) during the day but not too bad at night.

Items were stolen from my hotel room and the front desk was absolutely no help. My daughter and I received 3 room keys, but the front desk says 4 keys were issued. Furthermore, their system shows one of the keys was used when neither my daughter nor I were at the hotel. Management has been dismissive of the theft and I am appalled. Frankly, I think that the theft was an inside job. I do not recommend you stay at this hotel unless you want your items stolen.

Its was great recently renovated the suite was comfy and held all my family of 8 just fine.
The kids enjoyed the basketball court and breakfast was nice and warm. Will definitely be staying when in town or downtown again.

Everything about our stay was great except for valet services. When we got there they just stood and looked at us from the stand. I don’t expect help unloading or loading my car, just please take my keys and park it

We were unaware that they only offered valet parking. This was expensive and made us late to more than one reservation during our stay because one of the drivers didn’t know how to start our rental. It was also very disappointing that ******* listed a pool as an amenity, but the pool had been closed for months and showed a banner on the hotel’s website, very disappointing.
Staff was wonderful and accommodating.

Pool and mini-golf advertised on here were both closed. The pool has been closed for a year and a half, per front desk. The only reason we booked this hotel was for the advertised indoor pool. Security guards stand over the clerks shoulder which made me concerned about the area and also my personal information. No trash cans in bathroom.
