This property just started a renovation and they need it. Our room had mold, dirt, garbage and food crumbs, stained and torn couch and chair, peeling paint and the floor was always damp. They did offer to switch our room but we had already unpacked our family of 4 and by the looks of the rest of the hotel (lots of water damage, peeling paint, mold in the lobby/ breakfast area ) we didn’t think it would make a difference. This was not a hotel worth the amount we paid for it. Maybe half but I have stayed at higher end hotels for the same amount. Very disappointed. Emailed the general manager and did not hear back.
I hope the renovations make a difference because this property was absolutely disgusting. The staff was wonderful.

Love staying at this location. I was met by the surprise of paying to park? Really? We love the indoor pool, its early in the season but pool was murky. Front host is always so nice. Did not eat at the hotel so can not speak to that. One elevator was broke so that was slow. Over all I would come back again. Love the location.

The hotel is run down. Non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke, cockroach was found in by the room, blackout curtains were missing in some rooms, pool was gross, breakfast was meh.

When the staff was told that something was broken and was told they would be up to fix it no one ever showed up, never got towels

Fridge didn’t work restroom plug wasn’t working and never send anyone to fix only brought an extension cord to extend to the restrooms which wasn’t a safe thing to do. Only one elevator was working. Not a really good experience
