Great!!! Good location, good facility, and good service!!!

I love the location; and how big are the rooms. ❤️

In downtown Dallas, you can see the Ferris wheel 🎡. The waiter was very friendly and gave me a welcome kit when I checked in. It contained cookies/breakfast coupons/bottled water. I was very happy.

The hotel is very good and the service attitude is also very good

The view from the window is very good, the facilities are a bit old, but relatively clean!

The property is good however I do feel like they need to remove the carpet in the rooms . Thats unsanitary & it's very old school carpet nothing new . The rooms are pretty decent just small .

It was an older hotel that definitely needs a facelift. Like REALLY bad. But it was clean for the most part and super close (not walkable) to downtown.

Check-in is LATE, 4 PM, and there's no budging if you are trying to check in earlier (1 hour). Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great location in the Dallas area. Close to alot of different things. The hotel is in a little older of a building but doesn't feel outdated. A good price point for the proximity you receive

The hotel has its own restaurant which was very convenient since there aren’t too many places to eat nearby. The food there was good. Our room had a balcony which was nice. Our room was clean but the picture in our bathroom had a frame on it that was damaged, which I don’t know how that happens but why wouldn’t you changed that out? The pool area was nice but the weather was too cold to use the pool.

Estefany at the restaurant was absolutely amazing!!! Front desk associates were nice. Hotel is clean and quiet. Could use some updates but the bed was very comfortable.

Nice hotel for short business stay. Quiet area, walkable distance to some nice restaurants.

Could be much better with renovations and better cleaning. The tile in the bathroom and carpet in our room was dirty.

So the gate wouldnt open and tickets wouldnt print to get in the lot. Once buzzed in you get stuck for $15 bucks to park at the desk. The property is old. The toilet in the room slow flushed. The entertainment center was tied together by a power ***** hanging on the side of the tv stand. Some of the doors and drawers didnt stay closed. No big deal but an indication of age and attention to detail. Sound deadening wasn't a construction consideration. On the bright side the cookies they supply on check in are tasty. The shower had excellent water pressure. The ac worked and the balcony view wasn't bad facing the city. I was extended a late check-out. Not a grand gesture considering the final tab could get you into better digs downtown. I am going on the record that this place is overrated here.
