Came because I read a review they did no deposit. That’s false not only is it a deposit but it has to be on a card. The reason I booked is I lost my cards. Get to the property and refused service. Wouldn’t even take cash for the deposit. Needless to say me my wife and 8 month old slept in the car that night.

IHG should be embarrassed to brand this property - I ended up leaving after trying two different rooms - they both reeked of cigarette smoke and the cooling units weren’t fully functional, which is an absolute deal breaker when the temp is 100+

estuve 5 noches y jamas hicieron la habitación, pero tampoco te lo dicen cuando te registras, esa política que se uso en la pandemia, hoy la usan para bajar sus costos de operación , pero no bajan el precio de las habitaciones, anuncian al vender en sus paginas de servicio de transporte 24 hrs al aeropuerto, pero no dicen a cual y en Dallas hay 3 aeropuertos, la gente de recepcion no es amigable.

Our car was stolen from the hotel parking lot at 6:15 in the morning. We do not blame the hotel, and Gabby at the front desk was helpful in getting the video of the theft downloaded and to the police. The location isn’t what I would term unsafe, but you definitely need to be on your guard when outside the property, especially at night. The police officer to whom I spoke said that car thieves in particular have been strenuously working the district in which the hotel is located.
The rooms are clean and very adequate.

The hotel was definitely dated. Our room was clean but the shower had areas around it with mold and decaying wood. Plus the air conditioner in our room did not work.

Didn’t get any reply towels to bath with , kept being told they was gonna bring some but never did. Or they say towels was washing or they will take my name down & give it to the housekeeper.
