Great hotel in a hidden spot in the city.  Great food and amenities.

Excellent service, definitely recommend, friendly atmosphere!

The parking was aweful.  Hotel very out dated and not clean. Our room had stains all over the carpet and there was mold in the bathroom.  The bartender was not very friendly and kept leaving for several minutes at a time to get bottles from back room. The pool area was cold and the lighting is aweful.  We were very unhappy with our stay. We have stayed at several Embassy Suites in the past and this one was the worst by far.

Breakfast is not included, the environment is not bad

Older property that’s seen it’s better days. The lobby/atrium area was very warm and made the evening reception uncomfortable. Parking is mainly available in the garage & you will need a room key to use the elevator. The room had several issues: scuffed up furniture, mold in the shower, shower rod was broken & would keep the shower curtain in place, windows were in disrepair. Breakfast was hot & fresh.

I came In for a weekend trip On 8/12/2022 To 8/14/2022. There was no sheets on the pull out furniture for the mattress just bare. I took photos of the floor, not clean and seem to have red stains on the carpet In two places (a bit worrisome) . hopefully not Imbrue stains. On Saturday I asked for towels at 9am at the front desk, I was told by guest service receptionist there has to be a order placed. 12:30pm come around I'm still waiting on towels I than decided to go downstairs to let guest service know I need more towels once again. Gentleman than proceeded to linen closet and gave me one towel. I had my husband and my child In the room.... very uncaring and unprofessional. Sunday my family and I woke up, packed our luggage and headed back home at 7:00am . We totally skipped over the breakfast. The garage parking area needs to be clean. Trash everywhere and no clear Instructions on how to get upstairs to the hotel, also had water flood In the parking garage we had walk on our tip toes.
