Standard hotel in a very accessible area

Pleasent experience overall. Facility a bit dated but well maintained with friendly staff and a quiet room.

The hotel is not in the urban area, the traffic is not very convenient, the service is OK! The price/performance ratio of the hotel is relatively economical. If you have the opportunity to come to Dallas in the future, you must rent a car and go out to explore the surrounding area.

poor service, 🧹Hygiene: The replacement of consumables is not timely

Bathroom was exceptionally clean, but the visual of room needed some improvements. Carpet was really dirty, there was some unknown red and other kind of spots on the wall, and the room seemed to not have been dusted in some time. Only went to breakfast one of the two days we stayed and the set up was more of a holiday express experience. A plus, staff was always kind and friendly.

Old building with many maintenance faults. The extractor in the restroom didn't work. Very noisy AC. The carpet has many stains. The hot water was not very hot. They did not provide safe boxes. And the neighbors were so loud, you could hear everything from the aisle.

We stayed only one night, we didn’t go to bed until 2am because we went to a concert, I was planning to get a good rest and sleep but it was disturbed by drilling noises coming from just outside my room , seems like they were working on repairing the elevator at 5/6am when everyone is asleep. They will stop for a few min and then get back to it , seem Very rude and it’s just not the right time to be doing all that noise. won’t be staying there no more.

It is just across the street from the Dallas Market Place, but it is very dangerous to go across the street.

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to Dallas Market Place. The hotel is walking distance, but run down and very basic.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I had a restless night. The water was cold in the shower. The ice machine was not working. Overall I wasn’t happy with the stay.

Booked a king received a double. Room was beside elevator kinda of noisy. Didn’t complain because man who checked in before was already yelling and didn’t want to bother and wait to check in.
