The carpet was dirty, smelt dirty. Neighbor was noisy. Didn't see security, would like to see a presence.

Stayed for 4 nights not once was my room cleaned, clean towels placed, garbage emptied… nothing! The girl at the front desk wouldn’t give me towels after housekeeping told me to ask her cause they didn’t have any! My points were not added to my account. My kids were told the pool was closed but 15 “other” people were allowed. The breakfast was par. And didn’t have any hot water for 4 days!!

The A/C did not keep the room a consistent temperature. It vacillated between too warm and too cold.
We did not like having a glass door to the bathroom. It did not provide a feeling of privacy. It also was not hung properly.
