Baddest experience

Staff was rude about reactivating a key they were lots of people outside at night making a lot of noise there are roaches rooms do not look like the pictures

They will not return my money they said that my money disappeared and it not cool at all

Motel, not safe

There were roaches on the beds, the microwave which was at the office was disgusting, there was no water to flush the toilet, and it was just an unpleasant experience

Any review saying this is a good place to stay is straight lying to you. Thus place is sketchy at best. The service was awful. We reserved a room for 4 with 2 beds. We got a room with 1 bed. It was dirty and the neighborhood wasnot good. Spend a little more and stay literally anywhere else!

horrible place, so i had to book a room to get away from an abusive relationship and my ex found out what hotel i was at and when i wasn’t there in my room he had shown up and asked the front desk for a key to my room, without asking for an ID they gave him a key. When i got to my room he was there laying on the bed, i was so scared about the whole situation, and on top of that the room was dirty, the sheets had stains and burn holes, the restroom was disgusting and all night you could hear ppl yelling outside and cars playing loud music which was crazy bc i was on the second floor and it sounded like they were right by my door, i notice they out the night ppl would pass by my room and jiggle the door handle which was also freighting

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I had no idea a closet or hanging rod was an amenity that was not included. The pictures look so much nicer than the actual room. The smoke alarm needed a new battery, which they changed the second day with a used battery. It stopped chirping for about an hour. We basically heard it for 3 days, even after I resopnded to their "Let us know if you need anything" email. Someone tried to open our door the first night. When we asked who was there, they just said "Open the door". I tried calling the front desk, but the person that answered just said "hello" over and over. When we came back after housekeeping was there the second day, the phone had been unplugged. I definately DO NOT recommend this place.

The most horrifying experience ever! Room looked nothing like pictures. Filthy and everything stinks like urine (everything I mean beds, mattresses, all the floors…) We arrived at 1am after a very long drive and didn’t have any strength to go to a different hotel. I regretted it later. People were doing dru*s and drinking right outside of our door, called prosti*utes all night, yelling. Reception didn’t respond. Finally security was called at 4am. It didn’t help much. Door lock was broken. I don’t know how they stay open! And they refused to refund We booked for 2 nights but checked out after spending less than 5 hrs there. The worse stay in my life.

Run down motel. Room needed basic things fixed. Like the very small TV that didn't even work. Bedspread had holes from presumably prior guests smoking and burning holes in the bedspread. Room had odor. Someone had tied a plastic bag around the smoke detector. Property in general was generally quite though.

Not good. I was charged double too and never received a refund. I had to call-in multiple times to the hotel to get a response. Room, amenities, and overall hotel was dirty.

Please read the reviews and take them to heart. This place is horrible. The guy checking us in was rude, the room stank, the area was super unsafe, the lock didn’t work, the beds and the shower (yes, the shower) had cigarette holes, the bathroom floors were either uncleaned or someone dropped a dirty mask on the floor, and the shower curtain was shattered. This place was, by far, the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The photos on the listing are NOT WHAT YOU GET. If I was not a broke college student, I would have left within the first minute of checking in. Please, only book this place if you have no other options. I feel like I deserve to be paid for staying here.

I asked for a non smoking room and the one I got smelled like cigarettes and the picture yall show of the rooms are not the same in person yall selling people a dream
