Great place to stay I love the breakfast and the rooms are really nice

I stayed here last year too, the hygiene is pretty good! The room on the first floor has a bit of damp smell, it will be better upstairs!

Very close to the highway, very convenient

The staff (Eddie and Cedrica) were amazing. I had an overall pleasant stay. The two issues I had was not staff related, but company related. If you are tall or have problems with your knees you may have a slight problem. The toilets were well made but they were made for children or vertically challenged people. They were really low. The second was the LG television picture kept getting really dark and hard to see. I called down to the front desk and they brought another television to the room. Unfortunately the same thing happened. I didn't call them again because I could see the picture, but when it's time to upgrade the televisions the company may want to keep that in mind. But I had a pleasant stay. There was plenty of free parking and the location was excellent

I just need a copy of the revisit and I can get a person on the phone to expansion my situation to get a receipt.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast could be better. Not a great selection of breakfast.

Property was clean and appealing. Staff friendly and helpful. Barn door for bathroom was hard to keep shut.

Hamptons are pretty consistent and this one was about as expected. Directly on I-35, the traffic noise was exceptional and, though we didn't use them, ear plugs were provided in the room. As the evening progressed the traffic died down and what remained was almost like "white noise". My wife and I both slept well and awoke feeling rested.

One elevator. Horrible breakfast choices for the hot section. The eggs and sausage were aweful.

This hotel was adequate for a couple nights stay. The property was clean and the beds were comfy. Although it is next to a highway, the traffic isn't overwhelming loud inside the rooms.

When we arrived at the property, the lobby door was closed, and no one was at the front desk. I called and pushed the speaker button, and no answer. We waited for twenty minutes until the front desk finally arrived. They were not friendly, nor did they apologize. The room had a musty smell. I was very disappointed, given the high reviews and my previous Hampton stays. I will not stay at this property again, nor do I recommend it.

Property was in a great location for our trip to watch the Dallas Mavs. It was only 5 minutes from our destination. The area was easy to find and the property was nice. Staff was great and very helpful.

Free breakfast and free parking, not super expensive per night compaired to some of the others and a very convenient 10 mins or less from inner city stuff. Staff was all super nice and helpful. Wish the bathrooms had hand soap.and the top blabket on the bed wasnt so scratching.
