Location was a bit far from anything shopping or restaurants. Need to drive or take car to go anywhere basically. Otherwise, all in all a great stay.

Pool was nice room was really nice & the trip overall is perfect I would come again

Great and fast service

The location is close to the city center and is very convenient. When I arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m., I was able to check in early. The room was new and very clean. The staff was good and the breakfast was above standard. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I come to Dallas.

Nice room, good service

Pros - The hotel was very clean and very well maintained. The rooms were promptly cleaned everyday. The staff was courteous as well. Cons - The breakfast was repetitive. Broken pancake machine did not help either, especially with kids. The front desk was unmanned at times when we needed stuff.

When we arrived I had to find the front desk person to check in and she was not happy to be at work.

Everything was good until we made the check out on the 25th at 4:00 am, I find out that my tahoe had a broken window , someone robbed my work computer and other belongings that was in the back side of the tahoe. I called the lady a the front desk and when I asked her to see the cameras to see who broke into my window, she refused to do so, instead she called the security guard but he said that he " never saw nothing suspicious " , Then, the lady said that the cameras were not working in that area, So, how can be possible if more than 15 vehicles are park and none of them are secure ? I have to spend almost $400.00 to replace the window so I can be able to drive back home, I demand a reimbursement because of lack of security and safe place at a nice hotel.

It was a great, comfortable stay for a spring break trip to Dallas. Breakfast was delicious too. I’d recommend it and come back next time.

The airport shuttle didn’t run on Sundays and didn’t start until 8am on Monday. It took several calls to reach the desk. Both on the phone and in person they were less than helpful. I stay at Holiday Inn Express a lot and the first time I was dissatisfied with the service.

Very nice and clean! Not much shopping at a walking distance but you can drive 15-20 min to downtown. The night shift staff (the girl with long nails) was very rude, however the day staff was very pleasant.

Nice basic hotel. staff members are very nice. breakfast is very basic with limited options.

After a 17 hour flight I rock up to the hotel to be told I am not staying there, they have moved me to another location, further away from the city. AND I am expected to pay for my own way to the new hotel. The staff really were not interested in helping me at all.
