Overall a nice stay! :-) nice complementary breakfast……..

The price is about the same for this kind of service. The location is a bit remote and it looks like an industrial area nearby! The hotel has a simple breakfast!

Located off I-635 with free parking and good access to downtown, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas Northeast is a pleasant no-frills property benefited free Breakfast and Coffee all day, plus a well-equipped 24/7 gym.  Clean rooms, good water pressure and strong WI-Fi come with a price under $100 per night for a King Bed and fold-out couch.

The train going by in the middle of the night  blasting the horn scared the crap out of me.  It is hard to get to due to construction at this time also . The staff was polite.  The hotel needs some updates . Fire alarm was disconnected , pool had strong chloride smell - somethings need to be addressed at this hotel

The bed was comfortable. The a/c was cold. Best western has better breakfast. The icemaker stopped working. The hot water was inconsistent and the shower had mildewed and missing caulk. The people at the front desk are very nice, helpful and professional.
