Beds and bathroom were clean. Breakfast hours were limited to 6-9am, which is shorter and earlier than other similar hotels. Hot items included eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and DIY waffle maker. Bread slices, bagels, muffins, granola bars, yogurt, and cereal are also offered. Free shuttle service to the airport is a phone call from the front desk for an Uber ride, which is very convenient. The reason why I chose this hotel is because they offer affordable long term parking for the Dallas Love field airport, despite it being a little further away.

The super complete and spacious room even had a microwave and refrigerator. It was perfect.

Hotel room is big

Lobby is clean. The room A/C smells like an old socks. Restroom walls some kind of residue. The bathroom sink smells.

The hotel was fine, but the "shuttle service" is misleading. They only offer shuttle service to the local airport, not Dallas Fort-Worth international airport. All they do is call an Uber for you anyway, so I don't know why they still offer it.

Extremely disappointing stay. Was only at the property for 4 hours due to a missed layover connection but we had several issues. Booked a King room and they only had a double full room upon our arrival. Advertised hotel shuttle for an additional charge which did not exist. The night auditor attempted to book Ubers on our behalf but they all canceled and we were left having to ride in the security guards pickup truck to catch our flight. Which, the truck was extremely messy, security guard refused to wear a seatbelt so it was constantly beeping, smelled like cigarettes, and we had to listen to an inappropriate political rant the entire ride to the airport. Property is very worn and dated, common areas are dirty, and there was a visible water leak from the roof in our room. Ownership clearly does not care about the property or their guests.

The phone in the room rang all night long. It started at 430pm. I called the front desk and informed them that people were calling for room service (make up beds and wanting directions). They just said ok. The phones rung at 1am 110am 2am. Really? When I left at 4am no one was at the desk but a bell to ring. I dont consider this service? What do you think? Room 226

The service is great and that’s where the good stuff ends. I’ve stayed here twice and each room was missing something different. The water pressure was super low and the temp lukewarm. I haven’t seen any mold, but the floor of my shower was chewed up this last time. The comforter is really thin and there is what I think is a gas leak because the area around the elevator smells terribly. It was decently quiet during the day.

We have symtayed in several hotels around the UTSW medical complex. This is the best one yet for the price. Not perfect but close, and cost less than $100. We will go back.

Overall very nice, especially the staff. The rooms are comfortable but well worn.

The room they gave me was SMOKED out and I booked a non-smoking room. They gave me another room but when I pulled back the blanket it was hair all on the bed . There was only one wash cloth in the room I had to request for more. The floor and so trash on it and the elevator smelled like piss.

Overall it was very nice the people are very nice. House keeping people were very nice. Also Resturaunt hostess was always accommodating and very polite. The location was very good and the shuttle service is excellent. Resturaunt on location is great. Wonderful breakfast and dinner buffets.
