Lovely quiet location with a community garden just around the corner. Beautifully renovated property which was spotless. Very comfortable beds and lovely soft towels. We had a great breakfast with plenty of choices and our hosts were friendly and helpful. Beautiful guest lounge also available.

Beautifully positioned house on the river. Nice welcome, spotlessly clean everywhere, extremely comfortable beds, good choices for breakfast, which was delicious. Only negatives were very noisy bedroom door, and breakfast came out in a reverse order (for my taste) - hot croissant first, then cooked breakfast arrived as I was eating my cereal. Minor point, and it was kept warm until I was ready. Would definitely go back.

Orchy Bank House is situated in a very beautiful and peaceful location. The House is very well appointed and clean. The breakfast was delicious! Melinda made us feel very welcome—her hospitality is above and beyond! We highly recommend this accommodation in beautiful Scotland!

The location of this B&B is gorgeous, right next to a river and just off the main road. It has been renovated and very tastefully done. The rooms are spacious with a large private bathroom and shower. There are no in room TV’s but a common room is available. Breakfast was delicious and the staff is friendly. The only negative is you must drive to find lunch or dinner anywhere from 3-20 miles but there are several options. The perfect place for a quiet getaway.

We had two rooms for one night and we all enjoyed this lovely guest house. It is spotlessly clean…..helped by no outdoor shoes being permitted in the bedrooms. The bedrooms were large and very comfortable. The en-suites were also large with good powerful showers. We ordered our breakfast the night before and in the morning it was all served promptly and hot. Plenty refills of tea, coffee and juice. It would put some 4 star hotels to shame! All in all a wonderful overnight stay. I would highly recommend this guest house.

Genauso habe ich es mir für unseren Urlaub gewünscht! Die Lage ist der Hammer! Eingebettet in eine umwerfende Landschaft, tolle und sehr saubere Unterkunft! Sehr nette Gastgeberin mit tollen Tipps für unsere Reise. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Hier würde ich sofort wieder hinreisen!

Very friendly, super clean big bedroom, lots of nice tips of the area, easy check in. Big lounge to hang out in. Tasty breakfast! Book direct for best deals! We hiked up Ben Cruachan nearby which was awesome. Melinda was really welcoming, thank you.
