First I'm so grateful to Sheraton for being inclusive. They have accepted me and my partner. Also, the service is amazing. The amenities are classic and clean. The location is near Shatea mall and restaurants. I've really enjoyed my stay. If I'll go Dammam sure I'll book again. Thanks a lot!

The front desk is very inefficient. It took a long time to check in even in the early hours. Also, if you can't stand the smell of smoke, you can ask for a non-smoking room. I changed rooms temporarily. The hair dryers are all bad. The room attendants are quite good at cleaning.

The location is very good. There is a Carrefour across the street to the north, LULU a little further away, and PANDA supermarket a little further south. There are also many restaurants, such as KFC, HERFY, etc. The hotel has a rich breakfast, and there are Chinese dumplings for breakfast one day. It's a pity that I didn't find a real Chinese restaurant in Daman. The hotel has disposable items and the room also has multi-function sockets.

The overall feeling is quite bad. The front desk staff has no sense of service and cannot provide non-smoking rooms. I waited in line for a long time. There was a peculiar smell in the room. It was a very bad accommodation experience. However, one thing worth praising is that the greenery outside the hotel is very good in a city like Saudi Arabia.

Service: The uncle who helps with the luggage is kind and always smiles, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The front desk should be a local, and they are all very polite. There is also a handsome guy who can speak a few words in Chinese. He can't even say "Have you eaten?". Facilities: The hotel is old, so some facilities are a bit old, and the door closing sound is very loud. In the morning, you will be disturbed by the door closing sound in the corridor. The air conditioning sound is also quite obvious. In the early stage, I also noted a quiet room, but there was an air conditioning device in the room, which was quite noisy. Fortunately, it was low-frequency noise, so it didn't affect sleep. Because you can see the swimming pool and the sea in the distance, I didn't ask to change it again. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast in this hotel is super rich, mainly Western food and some Arabic food. Better than some five-star hotels in Sanya.

Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, the air conditioning in the room is noisy, and it is connected to the room next to it. The sound insulation of the wooden door in the middle is very poor. The rooms near the road are very noisy, with a lot of crazy motorcycle noises late at night

The toilet has a strong musty smell. The catering is not cost-effective. The service is OK.
