Don't book from Trip.com they did not coordinate properly with the hotel. I faced problem with my booking and have to wait an hour before the hotel provided me with the room. Reason was Trip.com didn't properly Conveyed my booking to hotel. and at the checkout time I faced the same problem.

This hotel is a global chain. I think it is the most spacious hotel among them. Every time I stay at Wyndham, I feel very comfortable. The environment is good, the service is good, and the rooms are large. I highly recommend it. 👍👍

The overall environment is pretty good But this time I don’t know whether the hotel communicated your problem internally or what the reason was. My order included breakfast and dinner. On the first day I went there, there was no record in the restaurant. I had to call the front desk to confirm. The next day I went for dinner. I had already reported my room number before the meal, but when I left after eating, the restaurant staff chased me out and asked me if I had paid! ?
