Everything is very good, there are places to eat and banks nearby, but the shopping mall seems to be far away. The disadvantage of the threat is that the network signal is really poor, so bad that voice communication cannot be normal. This really needs to be improved!

The air conditioner is a bit loud, but the environment and service are very good. The lady at the front desk was great. If the credit card was not successfully swiped, she gave me free breakfast.

Tonight for the first time I tried the restaurant Elements at the Dana Rayhaan by Rotana. I met Sala Uddin who took care of me throughout the whole experience. The customer service was outstanding and the food was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. Sala Uddin went above and beyond to help me find what I wanted

Extremely happy with the stay at Dana rayyan by rotana - Dammam. The gentleman Mr.Qusai helped with the check-in procedures real quick and got me the best sea view room. The breakfast was also good. Thank you

I got electrocuted by an unsafe plug on the hotel provided iron. The back fell off when unplugging. When I reported to reception - they said, “please don’t sue us”

Rotana is always the best in the gulf regions.. Staff members are very friendly and willing to help. Rooms are wide and very tidy. They have some sea view rooms. Awesome services against reasonable fees. I loved my stay in Dana Rayhan as well as Rotana Corniche in Khobar. Rotana is always my first choice in the gulf region.

The room is amazing and absolutely silent. Bed , pillows and linen are top tier. The breakfast has a vaste variety and the service is excellent , specially Mr. Sala Uddin, who helped us to have a pleasant time. 100% recommendable.

Comfortable clean room and nice view from 13th floor , friendly staff and helpfull also the reception . good location it's in the center of the city spacious lobby, its near alot of good restaurants and shops especially for tourists who just checked in the hotel .

It's an overrated hotel didn't even provide toothpaste and brush and the drinking water what they provided is the cheapest water of kingdom. The window glasses were very dirty which needs to be cleaned
