Die Anlage ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen, sieht teilweise runtergewirtschaftet aus. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis unter der Woche ist unschlagbar. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet.

KURZURLAUB IN DAMP
ich habe ein Zimmer im 9. Stock bezogen. es hat mir sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht war wunderschön. ich habe auf der Fenstersitzbank ein ganzes Buch gelesen. sehr entspannend.
worauf wir bei der Buchung nicht geachtet haben, waren die Schulferien. Es waren seeeeehr viele Kinder da und es ist auch alles fur sie eingerichtet. Nur ich war alleine da. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr Familienfreundlich, war aber für mich als Sreckenschwimmerin nicht geeignet.Aber meine Schuld

Nice stay but ruined bit
Would say it counts down the elevators var very slow, and 1.5 out of 3 was broken. Which resulted in big lines, and people started walking up and down the stairs. which was not dimensioned for that traffic.

Overordnet tilfreds, lækre og rene værelser, storesenge, elevator til rådighed, lækkert spa- og wellness område til gratis afbenyttelse.
Morgenmad restaurant kunne have haft flere borde til rådighed da der var trængt med pladsen og ikke altid muligt at finde et ledigt bord. Meget larm i restauranten.

Einmal und nie wieder
Die Zimmer sind schön, ohne Frage. Das Desaster fand rundherum statt. 3 Aufzüge, 1 davon außer Betrieb. Ich habe noch nie so lange an einem Fahrstuhl gewartet.
Schön wäre auch ein Hinweis gewesen, dass das Hotel mit Reha-Gästen belegt ist, die auch ihr Frühstück im Hotel einnehmen. Wenn ich im März einen Kurzurlaub buche - abseits der Ferienzeiten, dann möchte ich nicht bei festen Frühstückszeiten anstehen und auf einen freien Tisch warten müssen. Das Personal war bemüht, hinterher zu kommen, was nur selten gelang. Die Preise rundherum grenzen an Sylter Verhältnisse. Einzig und allein das Restaurant Isfjord ist hervorzuheben. Ich habe lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen.

Fint hotel i hyggelige omgivelser langs Strandpromenaden. Fint og velindrettet værelse. Havde større forventninger til badelandet end det kunne indfri.
