I stayed here during a time in which water was missing in the whole city but the host was very kind and made all efforts to make my stay comfortable, bringing buckets of water to the rooms and notifying when water was available for the showers. She also speaks English and helped me to plan my trip. The structure itself is well maintained, nice and close to the bus station, I definitely recommend it.

OK location, all hotels seem to be in eastern area of town. Host was really helpful at organising share taxi to local villages and onward travel, answered all our travel planning questions. Unfortunately cleaning was not very good, lots of marks all over glass shower window, clearly hasn’t been wiped in a long time. Toilet leaked from base when flushed so you can imagine what comes out onto floor. Found several small carpet bugs, didn’t bother us much but needs attention.

Very nice hotel and manager. Theo only problem is that my room was facing the river and although the views were nice, it was pretty loud all night and all day

It is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the bus terminal. There are English speaking staff. There is a place to hang out laundry on the rooftop.

If you are driving by yourself, contact the boss about the parking spot in advance. Traffic jams are easy at the door. It took more than an hour to turn around and find a parking space. Behind you is the roaring river. The sound is a bit loud and sounds like heavy rain. There are many people eating in front of the door, which is convenient.

The room is clean and tidy, parking is available, and the staff is warm and thoughtful. My parents were very helpful when traveling by car. The only thing I have to adapt to is the loud noise at night by the river!
