Everything was perfect. Location, hygiene, food, service, vibe..everything was 10/10! Special thanks to Prasad (GM), Chetan (Restaurant head) and all staff at the restaurant (Vishal, Prajwal and Sohail) were just too good. Too attentive and humble. Also, not to forget- the lovely housekeeping ladies who played a hugggeee role in keeping the property sparkling clean and beautiful! I am going to visit this property multiple times in future! Absolutely loved it! ❤️

While Planning a visit to mahabaleshwar I was confused about finding the right kind of stay in the already congested mahabaleshwar,luckily discovered About zostel plus,of which I have some nice memories of their place in pawna and I wasnt a bit surprised to experience the same kind of unique location,cleanest rooms, attentive staff,unique restaurant set up with correct pricing and absolutely wonderful tasty cuisine.zostel panchgani is situated in the ghats offering breathtaking views at a reasonable priced rooms of all kinds of variety suitable to everyone.The restaurant Bombax serves delicious food .These guys also have a few excursions which iam sure are exhilarating although I missed them during my stay. So,my rating shAll be 5 stars several times over....

I stayed on the most premium room type and the experience was good. There are some positives and some negatives which ones should consider before selecting this property. I went early around 5 am but was not offered a room till 12.45, they have a common area where you can sit and play games. They organize a trek which is totally unorganized as the person is more towards collecting money as they dont start at time so you reach late and they are in rush and leave the people who are at last. We were at last and could not complete even 25% of trek but had to pay full amount. Rooms are a little old as the color and repair work is not done. They have a evening room setting which has some freebies which they don't even inform and don't even address. If you want a valley view then this property is good, else there are many other properties.

One expects deluxe private room with mountain view to actually have a view of mountains and deluxe facilities. None was available. Tv was non functional.No channels were actually paid for. Poor quality remotes. No space in room.Very congested. The view was blocked huge tree,parking space ,parked cars and their own restaurant. Zostels are always known for being value for money.but jot this zostel.Please check the room and the view and ameneities twice before booking here.

We had gone as a group of colleagues from our workplace and hence each had different expectation and taste! Yet, this place matched all and satisfied each one of us! The location of the property is excellent, overlooking the valley! Attention to detail in the amenities in the room is simply awesome! Never had we to call someone to ask for a missing amentity! The “women power” engaged in making up the rooms are so well trained that they do a thorough job! The restaurent is well arranged and the “ever-smiling” captains are ever eager to serve you! There was never a moment when one had to shout out to grab the attention of one of the captains; they are always attentive and intuitively approach you! It is amazing how this place which is developed around a “Hostel like” concept could adapt to catering to travellers of all kinds - Bikers to Backpackers to Family travellers! Hats off to Prasad Gadgil snd his team! Well done Guys, Keep it up!

Experienced extremely pleasant stay at Zostel Panchgani. They tried to make sure everything was upto the mark. Loved the food and the vibe. Very Courteous staff and wonderful service. It is situated at scenic location. The crowd was amazing as well.

First of all. Thank you for a great stay! The hostel is located in the middle of the mountains, so everywhere you look the view will be amazing The rooms were in perfect condition and everything worked as it should. The food at the onsite restaurant was delicious and waiters were so kind and helpful. Special shoutout too Sawan! Such a nice guy The reception helped us book trips around the area and the in-house taxidriver functions as a guide ***** the trips!
