I had an exceptional stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Dandong, China. From the moment we checked in, Coco provided exemplary service, making our arrival smooth and welcoming. The room was not only nice but impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. What truly set this experience apart was the breathtaking view of North Korea from our room, offering a unique and memorable perspective. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and unforgettable views.

The hotel was great value for money. The pool was great and the gym was very well equipped. It is located right next to the Wanda Plaza, so food and shopping was a quick walk away. Staff was friendly and could communicate in English. All and all very satisfied. We would use them again in the future.

This is a pretty nice place to stay. My room had a partial view of N. Korea and a fully stocked mini fridge. The hotel has a Coffee / Tea Lounge, a live seafood restaurant, an awesome hot springs and good breakfast (I prefer my eggs not pre-cooked though.) It's very close to The Old Anton Street, Moon Island and walkable to a Japanese restaurant. Great staff, too. Enjoy your stay!

Location is great as it is only a step away to the famous bridge to see part of north korea. The weather was humid and hot during our stay but the ac in the rooms werent cold enough so none of us slept well. The staff service weren’t really great when we asked to cool it down. Very disappointed as they probably could treat us foreigners better when it comes to service

When I arrived at the hotel, the cleaning lady was in the midst of “cleaning” my room still. She did the quickest cleaning job imaginable. I don’t believe the bathroom had been sanitized at all -such that I opted not to use the bathtub. The carpets were in great need of vacuuming. When I did my morning exercises, filth from the carpets stuck all over my skin and I could see the furniture hadn’t been moved in ages to vacuum. The room even smelled of dirty carpet. The kitchen had nice food in general and the dining hall was clean. I recommend the duck. However on another occasion I ordered 3 food items and a watermelon juice. The vegetable never came, so when I asked to cancel it, 20 minutes after we were finished eating, they suddenly brought it. I said I didn’t want to pay for it because we needed to leave. All subsequent meals, I was asked if I was really going to eat my food and pay for it. Basically I was treated as if it was my fault their timing was wrong. When I arrived to pay, i was shocked to find that watermelon juice cost 92 yuan for a pitcher. I could have bought 2 watermelons for that price. I wondered if the price was to offset the unwanted vegetables. My view was amazing. I could see the island, North Korea, and the bridges. We could walk of an evening and enjoy the sights. Finally, I began menstruating whilst on the trip. I had no menstrual napkins. This seems like a basic item the hotel should have on hand. They did not. I bled on the sheets. Upon leaving, the cleaning lady began cleaning before I left the room which I found embarrassing. In the hotel’s defense, they let me stay until 2:00 because I wasn’t feeling well, but the cleaning lady should have waited until I left the room before beginning to clean. That was super awkward. The fitness room met my fitness needs. It had equipment and weights. No one was using the fitness room and I preferred to lift weights in the privacy of my room. I borrowed 2 dumbells to use for about 30 minutes. A man saw me walking out with them and befan loudly questioning me in Chinese (a language I speak poorly) and treating me as if I was going to steal them. I was not inconveniencing anyone as no one was exercising.

The decoration is relatively new, the overall cleanliness is OK, you can't look carefully at the bathroom is a bit offensive, the most important point is that the hot water is not enough, I don't know if the whole building is like this or because I live on the 12th floor is too high, the hot water is not enough and unstable... The room is very warm, it belongs to the degree of heat that opens the window all night... The location is OK, about 500 meters from the train station, it is also very close to the Yalu River, and there are many foods nearby. The elevator is too small and small, the breakfast time elevator is quite crowded, breakfast is average, it is full, the taste is OK, but there are not many choices. I feel that the hotels in Dandong are not cheap, maybe because of the Spring Festival, the 180+ hotel price does not seem to be high

Room was excellent. Breakfast was okay but not amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if we come back. The executive room was perfect for a family with 2 adults and 4 children. I had requested a non-smoking room and they gave me one. It did not smell smoky at all.

I haven’t been to Dandong in almost 20 years. Before coming to Dandong this time, I looked at several hotels online and finally chose Orange Crystal Hotel. The overall check-in experience is very good. The room is consistent with the pictures shown online. I also like the decoration style. The layout of various facilities is exquisite and the hygiene is very clean. I feel safe to check in. The room card can only be used to swipe the floor where you are staying. The stay is comfortable and soundproofed. The effect is very good, the front desk staff are very professional and considerate, I will choose this hotel next time I come to play.

Environment: The store is very close to Dandong Railway Station, less than ten minutes walk; the surrounding area is the business district, very close to the bus station Hygienic: The room is generally clean, some wool products facilities are not clean enough, should be cleaned with sticky wool Service: The front desk staff has a good attitude, at first glance, they are well-trained, and the problems are also arranged in time. Facilities: Overall praise. The bathroom shower occasionally has insufficient hot water, no disposable paper cups
