The location of the hotel is very good. The staff is friendly and the facilities are old but well maintained. However, one thing that needs to be improved a lot is the breakfast. Most importantly, the coffee is so bad that it can't even be evaluated. All they had was very sweet mixed coffee, no toast, only Chinese bread. Great location to start your trip up north on route 331 ! Very efficient check in. Staff is polite and genuinely happy. The lady at check out (could not read her name but seems staff no 88 had a bright smile and wished us a safe journey. This is my second stay at the property and it looks like they have renovated the restaurants quite nicely

Although there was heavy rain this time and the upstream flood discharge caused a power outage in the hotel, they took emergency measures. It was very good. Staff were arranged on each floor to inform them about the power outage, and they also helped with lighting and went downstairs for breakfast.
