Thank U Hotel Hotels in Dandong

This was an amazing stay. While it wasn't directly on the river, my room had an eventful river view and it was about an 8ish minute walk to the river and Yalu Bridge. This hotel is connected to a mall with some pastry shops, noodles, a pizza restaurant and a starbucks so in the dead of winter (we came in Feb) it was convenient. A huge perk is the fact that it was a stones throw from the rail station, about 5 minutes walking. Thank you to 王君瑶 Coco Wang for helping make our stay special. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is next to Wanda Playa Mall and location is not far awaz from all the scenic spots in Dandong. Room was a little bit old and had a smell of smoking. Found 2 long black hairs after moving in on the board next to the water heater. After complaining they sent someone to check the room again. Rain shower was not working well. Breakfast is 90% chinese with some western style things in a medium quality. Overall ok for a short stay in Dandong.

The view from the room is good, you can see the Moon Island, and the free 30th floor bathing ticket can overlook North Korea across the river. The breakfast is rich in variety and of commendable quality.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is next to the commercial street and is convenient for shopping. I would like to praise the restaurant here. It was my first time here and I thought it was convenient. After booking the room, I called to inquire and booked the restaurant. I felt good from the moment I entered the hotel. Needless to say, the service at the front desk was enthusiastic. They helped me book a private room and upgraded my room knowing that I was tired from driving a long distance. After checking in, when we went to the restaurant on the second floor to eat, the person who greeted us should be the supervisor or manager. It was so thoughtful! A special fruit plate was given as a gift, and there was a discount at checkout. It was a great stay experience and I felt the hospitality of Dandong.

The hotel was really clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast served was good. There were only 2 small issues. People smoking in the hotel, even with signs saying no smoking. Staff didn't stop people from smoking. And secondly during the night there's a strange humming noise in the bedroom.Otherwise a really good stay and I would definitely recommend others to book their stay there.

Very satisfied. The river view room on the 24th floor has good lighting and the decoration inside the room is neat and elegant. When I returned to the room at night and looked out over the river, I could see the bright lights of Moon Island and the twinkling lights of Sinuiju, North Korea. The two front desk staff were professional and good-natured, Cheng Xiao and Wang Meiyuan.

I booked a standard single room. I can see the river view. The view is very good. I heard from the front desk that the hotel only has executive rooms. The family room can’t see the river at all. The other rooms can see the river. I also went to see the river view room. The price/performance ratio is super high. The river is just downstairs. If you book near the Broken Bridge, the price is too expensive. I think it is clean and hygienic, with warm service, convenient transportation and reasonable price. It is worth choosing

This is the hotel where located just beside the Dandong railway station.It’s the hotel of Dandong railway station.In front of the hotel there is an iconic statue of China’s former leader.My first impression was one of awe - the elegance and sophistication were palpable from the very moment I walked in. The check-in staff were courteous and efficient, greeting me with warm smiles and promptly assisting me with my luggage. The hallways were immaculately clean, and the plush carpeting provided a pleasant sensation beneath my feet. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by the stunning view of the “North Korea “ in the distance just 850m away from the balcony. The room was spacious, with high ceilings and carefully-selected furnishings that complemented the overall aesthetic of the hotel. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring elegant fixtures and plush towels. But not up to 5 star standards. Throughout my stay, the staff continued to impress with their impeccable service and attentiveness to my needs. Every question I had was met with a prompt and informative response, and the concierge was particularly helpful in recommending local attractions and dining options. Overall, the “Dantie hotel”is combination of stunning views, good accommodations, and exceptional service ensured that my stay was both comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a sophisticated and refined experience in a beautiful Dandong city in China-North Korea border.

It was a spontaneous trip. You had a room and I needed it. We met by chance. The front desk adjusted a good position for the river view and sent a breakfast for the children. Great. Cruise the Yalu River at night, eat and drink in the old street, and have a good rest for a night before conquering Phoenix Mountain.
