The room was clean. I was disappointed by needing to ask every time I needed water as they didn't do daily cleaning nor give water unless requested. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Lovely people all around, especially Mbak Tasha at the reception.
For the price you pay, you can't get more centrally located, close to everything hotel then this.
Laundry service is cheap, quick, and friendly. total opposite to Diponegoro hotel in Surabaya.
Basic accomodation if you looking at your hotel as your destination.
I consider this hotel is a bargain for the price I pay.
I'll comeback.

Location is good, stuff super friendly but the hotel is old, and not quiet.

This hotel is located near Malioboro, but the water facilities are often off, waiting for the pump to start working and the water will come back on.

The room is very small. The one with window facing the street is very noisy. The one without window is not noisy. But since it cannot be cancelled and the price is cheap, I made do with it for one night. The location is very good, just over 300 meters from Malioboro Street.
