Kaley- overnight staff- so helpful. We had some personal barriers getting to the hotel/Illinois, however Kaley reassured us we would not lose our room or be counted as a no show. The hotel/room is very clean, the staff are very nice, and it is in a good area. No worries or concerns, and actually we are extending our stay at this location for a few more nights!

The room was clean. The breakfast was better than average with a wide range of choices, although some of the family thought the coffee was a bit weak. Day staff were great. Just after we checked in around 9 pm, my husband went back to the car to get something we forgot. He forgot the room number. When he asked the clerk she wouldn't give him the room number. He is a registered guest! He's 73 and not very threatening looking. The clerk called up to the room and we had to come down to get him. Just odd. The pool area was definitely in need of attention and a good cleaning. We brought it to the attention of the manager who was very responsive. Still yuck.
