I have chosen the Borman Hotel more than once, and I feel comfortable service every time I stay. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic. Before arriving at the hotel, I called the front desk of the hotel to inquire about the surrounding attractions. The front desk girl explained very considerately, which was very comfortable. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the hotel's breakfast is very rich, and guests staying in the hotel also have free parking. I will choose the Borman Hotel next time.

The hotel facilities were so satisfying. It was spacious and clean .. Especially the staff were so friendly. Although you didn't speak English, I was so grateful for the kind solution through the translation app.
One thing that's unfortunate is that the location is a bit out of the way, so it seems a bit difficult to move around. If you install the taxi call app that can be used in China in advance, there seems to be no big problem.

Came to Danzhou to participate in the marathon. The room booked by a family of three turned out to have two large beds. The building, which looks inconspicuous, has complete facilities and is clean and comfortable. It should be one of the top two hotels in downtown Danzhou.

MMauveMHad a wonderful stay here at Forest Inn, Hainan University! My cousin is starting university nearby and we came to drop her off. Since we had stayed in the downtown before, we wanted to find a place close to campus to experience. This hotel is the best option! It’s right within the campus entrance and easy to navigate to. The front desk concierge’s were very friendly and kind - two of them even took us around on the tour bus to familiarize us with the campus and surrounding area. They even went out of their way and offered to help us unload luggage. Since there was no parking space on move-in day, having the option to drop off saved us a lot of hassle. In addition to campus, the hotel is also located close to a botanical garden, about 15 minutes to the downtown area, and close to shops, stores, etc.
Some suggestions:
- Wish the pool was accessible as advertised on Trip but it’s now only a kiddie pool.
- For longer stays, room amenities should be replenished daily based on number of guests.
- I received a rather expensive delivery during my stay and asked the courier to leave it with the front desk as I was out during that time. There was someone at the front desk with a poor attitude who denied that any deliveries arrived and suggested it had been delivered to another location. Luckily, another staff member helped me check and found my delivery. I suggest besides giving guests misleading information, to ensure it’s accurate first.

SSaaiThe last stop of Hainan around the island during the Spring Festival came to the beautiful Zhangzhou, and came to the beautiful hotel with artistic atmosphere. The front desk supervisor Xiao Li, the beauty Xiaowan, was warm and thoughtful. The room was white and tidy. The bath water was the largest in the hotel in the week around Haikou. The breakfast is amazing and delicious! In short, the experience is beautiful! It is in the memory!

The security guard of the property is also very polite. The price in the off-season is also quite surprising, which is great! !
I went to Island No. 1 after listening to the young lady’s advice and watched the light show at night. It was really a worthwhile trip, haha!

Wwhywhy_yyThe hotel upgraded to a deluxe sea view room. The bathroom is very large. The front desk staff are very nice and will help arrange electric car pick-up wherever you go. The breakfast buffet is relatively rich, and I fell in love with the Danzhou specialty rice porridge. It's really delicious!
By the way, the location of the hotel is really good. After crossing the bridge, the Star Tower is on the left, and it is not far from the food street, outlets, and museums. After dinner, you can take a walk to the hotel. It did not disappoint the food and achieved the purpose of digestion. There will be a light show on weekend nights. You can see it at the Twin Beach and the food street.
I hope the hotel will have more children's projects in the future, it will be more perfect.

Geographical location and surrounding environment
The hotel is located about 6 kilometers away from Baimajing Station. When I checked in on March 26, the ground nearby was still under construction and there was a lot of dust. There are many night markets around, which is very convenient for late night snacks. The window opens into a kindergarten. I got up early and was not affected by the noise. Although it is very close to a large supermarket, it closes at half past nine. There is a Lemart nearby where you can buy snacks and drinks at affordable prices.
Facilities and services
The hotel facilities are good, but the mosquito repellent equipment in the guest rooms is ineffective. I was woken up by mosquito bites at three o'clock in the night. When I used the mosquito repellent equipment, I couldn't find new mosquito coils. There was no landline in the room and I couldn't contact the front desk. I was not in the mood to go downstairs and was too lazy to find contact information on Ctrip. I endured the bites and buzzing all night.
Rooms and Decor
In my subjective opinion, the guest rooms at Pullman Danzhou Ritz are larger in size. They feature high-quality bedding, high-quality pillows and linens. The huge living room TV was a pleasant surprise. The room design is modern and comfortable, and the decoration in the room is elegant, creating a warm and luxurious accommodation experience.
Cost-effectiveness
Generally speaking, Pullman Ritz Danzhou needs to strengthen its management of the details of guest room facilities. The bedding is of high quality and the front desk staff has attentive service. The facilities and services provided by the house price make it cost-effective. For travelers who have requirements for bedding, this hotel is undoubtedly a choice worth considering. Remember to ask for a few more mosquito repellent tablets when you stay during the season when there are many mosquitoes.
