Worst customer service! Our flight got cancelled due to bad weather condition hence, we requested for other options in our supposed 2 days booking, either refunded or rebooked. Unfortunately, the host (airbnb) told me that this is not being covered and part of their house rules, etc. told us to just cancel our booking instead of giving us options . This lady would still insist that we will not get any but to cancel with forfeited payment. Nightmare for us! Siargao has been part of my bucketlist but this lady ruined my expectation. At least no empathy was given, clearly its all about business not customer service.
