Good Location , shuttle bus start to work at 7 , so it is useless for early flights , but the hotel can help to get a taxi Staff is cooperative, hotel is clean

Service wasn’t good

The room was clean but the layout is basic. The TV did not work as did the shower. Then the toilet flush broke. I had to call the service several times to get someone. The technician was efficient and friendly. Quality bathroom equipment to be reviewed. Room service came twice in 15 minutes while I was in the room. from 9:30 a.m. The buffet breakfast is varied but of poor quality. The coffee is horrible. The hygiene of the presentation trays was very limited. Everything in view of the. hotel of this standard displayed!

the bathroom was not clean and damaged I could not take a shower but apart from that it was fine

The hotel is located near the airport, a beautiful lobby with interesting souvenirs. Breakfast is typical European, they make a delicious omelet. The rooms are without a wow effect, quite old, but all the amenities are there.

The front desk is very inefficient, and everything else is normal for Mercure. It took an hour and a half to check in. Don't go if you're impatient. The Europeans next to you are going crazy.

I booked the Mercure hotel, but the hotel later coordinated me to the Naya hotel across the street, which was a lower level and the rooms were smaller. However, after I went there, I found out that the Mercure Hotel was indeed requisitioned because of the local energy conference. I would like to give Ctrip’s service a thumbs up. I am satisfied!

Room with old and tired furniture. Water leak in the toilets, old fittings. Not much light in the rooms. Really not worth the price paid.
