The room was clean but the layout is basic. The TV did not work as did the shower. Then the toilet flush broke. I had to call the service several times to get someone. The technician was efficient and friendly. Quality bathroom equipment to be reviewed.
Room service came twice in 15 minutes while I was in the room. from 9:30 a.m.
The buffet breakfast is varied but of poor quality. The coffee is horrible. The hygiene of the presentation trays was very limited. Everything in view of the. hotel of this standard displayed!

I booked the Mercure hotel, but the hotel later coordinated me to the Naya hotel across the street, which was a lower level and the rooms were smaller.
However, after I went there, I found out that the Mercure Hotel was indeed requisitioned because of the local energy conference. I would like to give Ctrip’s service a thumbs up. I am satisfied!
