I recently visited this hotel and the hotel restaurant and had an excellent experience as they offered me an early check-in. The service was good and the waiter, Seif, was very attentive and friendly.

Rude Reception staff. Tried to ask for an extra fee even though i paid everything online. Later when i said i will complain, then didn’t take that extra per day fee.
Did not provide even water free of cost at the time of waiting at the reception.
Not much options for vegetarian in breakfast.
One Indian Girl at the reception was nice and understanding otherwise all other were rude.

It's cheap and beautiful. It's quite different from the traditional Tulip Hotel, but it's still acceptable. After all, the price is much lower. The restaurant is on the top floor with a good view. It is located in the urban area and has convenient surrounding facilities.
