Located at a very centralise location in the city. Service is okay. Security is good and tight. More selection of restaurants/bars will be good. Overall a pleasant stay.

Courteous, professional staff from the Reservation Manager Timothy and his team to the dining services, the Swahili dinner, drivers transfers from airport to hotel and back. All round outstanding property!

Nice hotel, but really slow service. We had to wait almost 40 minutes every time we ordered something at restaurent at the hotel.

First the staff are excellent, every single person that works at the Hyatt is friendly, helpful, just amazing all around. The food is the best though, in all the restaurant on property. Their food is fresh, delicious, they use local produce to make the meals. I travelled extensively and The Hyatt Dar Es Salaam was one of the best places i have stayed because the people made the experience AMAZING.
