Enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Darien Waterfront Inn. Have stayed there numerous times and it never disappoints. David and Joann are the best hosts that one could find anywhere. The rooms are so clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered there is excellent. I would highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast and you won't be disappointed.

Very quiet location, easy access from the street. Facing the scenic Altamaha estuary, this quaint B&B was beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable with a screened-in front porch offering rocking chairs and spanish moss-framed vistas. I was unable to partake of the breakfast, but there was fresh-brewed coffee available by 6a. I will seek this one again when I visit the historic town of Darien.

Our group of friends have been coming to The Darien Waterfront Inn for years and we look forward to it every year. JoAnn and Dave are such gracious and welcoming hosts! The house is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the view is amazing and the breakfasts are out of this world! You will not be disappointed!

If you’re looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay in Darien, this is it! JoAnn & Dave are amazing hosts who make you feel at home right away. The coffee is strong, and the breakfast is to die for! Loved enjoying coffee on the screened porch and most definitely will be coming back!

Great place to stay. From the excellent breakfast to the rocking chair on the screened in back porch with a beautiful view of the marsh. Far enough away to be peaceful but close enough to everything to be convenient. This was the second trip and we will be going back.

The Darien Waterfront Inn is one of the few B&Bs I stay at over an over. The Inn is very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the morning breakfast superb. The Innkeepers JoAnn and David have a wonderful place to stay. They are most hospitable and courteous. No wonder its been rated as the best B&B in GA.

This review is for the waterfront condo. The view of the river and marsh is amazing. The unit has three bedrooms and three full baths. It is in excellent shape and very nicely decorated. The place is steps from the river walk and restaurants. Five trailer parking spots are locate at the east side of parking lot near boat ramp

The Darien Waterfront Inn is a "must" for us during our trips north each Spring. The B&B is located in a beautiful bucolic village in the coastal area of Georgia. There are only five rooms in the B&B and Dave and JoAnn are the consummate hosts. This was our 6th stay and certainly will not be our last! Area activities include several bird watching areas visits to Sapelo and St Simon's islands. The Harris Neck National Wildlife Refuge is nearby. From the screened porch you will enjoy the views of the Darien River and wild marshes through the scenic Spanish Moss draping the trees of the property. Later, enjoy a fresh seafood dinner at Skipper's Fish Camp. Don't miss this exceptional place just ten minutes off I-95 north of Brunswick.

One word to describe this B & B is Awesome! Such a charming place that is beautifully decorated with a cozy coastal feel. Sparkling clean with walk in showers and beds that are so comfortable. Have a drink and relax on the screened in porch while enjoying the beautiful view of the river and grassland. Joann and David are so welcoming and can provide great tips on Darien and areas nearby. The delicious breakfast they serve each day is also a plus!
