Our stay at the summit west-gate was nothing short of perfect. Thanks to all the amazing staff members for making our stay do memorable. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to suraksha and swapnil from the front desk; khusboo and kavita from the restaurant; and the manager for looking after all our needs with such diligence.

Location was good. Only issue was parking. But that is common in darjeeling. Ideal place for family. Great service. One small problem was the heater which took a lot of time.

16. 11. 23 to 18. 11. 23, that was fantastic, hotel welcomed us than welcome drink, properly put our luggage and properly listen and respond to us, rooms are very good, service is excellent, staff is very coprative, food was very tasty and reasonable rate. Overall very good

The west gate posada by summit is one of the best hotels of summit in darjeeling. Worth place to go. It gives a lot of facilities as per the price. The food served by them was delicious, and the nature of the staff were superb. The interaction and follow up especially by suraksha ji was excellent.

The staff was great. The jacuzzi was not getting warm water which was a big disappointment. Food was ok, could be a bit better.

We booked the presidential suite with jacuzzi, and the room was great, the view from the room was great as well. The location is not very close to chowrasta but it’s walkable, plus the walk feels nice with the trees and the great view. The service was good, if i could provide a constructive feedback, i would say there could be room for more improvement when it came to the variety of the breakfast and the taste of the food. It wasn’t bad but i expected more given the way the service was provided. Would surely recommend if you are to stay in darjeeling.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The view from the hotel is also very good.

While the staff was good, the rooms were not as clean as expected. The bathrooms had some sort of stink and the rooms were not properly ventilated. Expected much more from franchise like summit
