I had an amazing stay at West Gate Posada in Darjeeling! The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of flavors that made every meal enjoyable. The staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and welcoming, always ensuring we were comfortable and satisfied. The cherry on top was the breathtaking view from the property - it truly captures the beauty of Darjeeling. Overall, a perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Darjeeling!

Room was good. View was also beautiful. Food was decent. My only suggestion would be they should include complimentary breakfast regardless of package.

Front location of hotel is not well. At the evening roads nearby the hotel is dark road lights are off. Food ok bath top cannot be used due to gidger is very slow. Room other gadgets are present but work not upto the mark. Hand driers not working properly.

Hospitality is great. Food is okay okay. Cleanliness is top notch. View is great. That 2 minutes hot water for a full 30 minutes charge of geyser is frustrating, because you can't use that bath tub as the hot water would come only for 2 mins. Then you need another 30 minutes for 2 minutes of hot water, by that time the previous 2 minutes of hot water turns cold. So this becomes an impossible task to fill that bath tub with hot water. Experience is great, must visit.

We have opted for presidential suit for three adults. The toilet are was not covered so it was terrible to use toilets infront of family members we had to literally cover the bathroom glass door with bedsheet. No cub boards to keep our luggage. For elderly people there is no shower area no balcony. No plug to use bed heater for extra bed. We had to keep extra bed in the other room. Only one heater for the entire room. We had booked room for two days but unfortunately we have literally vacated room in one day because the jacuzzi don’t have hot water. It’s worthless to stay here.
