Very bad situation of hotel

Food quality is good location is nice overall nice property for stay in darjeeling 8 out of 10 saff r good and friendly nice

Located in mid city and easily accessible, property is also maintained nicely and has spacious corridors and staircase. Spacious room and supportive staff, but furniture, and bathroom may require little improvement.

All good except the fact that nobody picked up calls if we called from the land line in the room. We had to call them from our phone everytime to ensure we got the service. But all over they were very helpful and they were well behaved.

This was the second time i stayed here and this time around they refused to allow parking. Perhaps the rules had changed but when we asked them if one of the people at the reception could accompany me and show me where the drc parking was there was just no response and i was so irritated after 10 hours of driving, it was a brutal snub by them and i just went and found it myself. The hotel is tolerable at this price but only if you are not allergic to dust and dampness. I could barely sleep all night because the sheets, the mattress and everything was damp. The place obviously gets no sunlight and i had to spread the blanket on the bed to try to sleep but this too had me sneezing most of the night. The location is fine, but there is not much else going for it, neither the staff is helpful and there is the dismal condition of the damp rooms to keep in mind.

Room pricing was over the top for its condition. Room smelled due to water break in walls. If you're a fan of listening to other people at night, do give this one a try. Their terrace is good though.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The room and washroom were both very small and unhygienic, resembling an old, poorly maintained construction. The compact space was uncomfortably cramped and dirty. Additionally, there was only one socket available in the room for charging phones, which was highly inconvenient. The service was equally poor. The hotel does not have a kitchen, so they do not provide any food. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to its lack of cleanliness, inadequate facilities, and subpar service.

Stayed here with my wife for two nights. Although space is neat and clean but rection staff is not professional.

******* honestly, excellent ambience, near to mall road , with nice breakfast. Staff is very friendly .
