The hotel is very clean, alongside with the staffs being polite. Especially mritunjay, and the food is good as well

The property has an amazing view from room 303 in which we stayed. It was comfortable and service was good. The owner takes care of the visitors choices and requirements. Recommended stay

Overall ok but tv is missing, food quality needs improvement. Staff behaviour is good. Cleaning is good.

Cerulean retreat is located right at the entrance of lava town, around 100m from the neora valley checkpost. Mrityunjay patra, the owner/manager of the hotel, was very cordial, polite and cooperative through out our stay. Food prepared by the cook(s) was simple yet delicious, the one that reminded you of your home and rejuvenated you for the rest of the day. Rooms were clean but maintenance of them could be better.

Hotel price was good and the food also was tasty and budget friendly. Good place to spend time with family and friends. View from the hotel was also breathtaking.

Pros:
- the manager mr. Mrityunjay was more than helpful. He also arranged for the cab that picked us up from the station and took us sightseeing. He also arranged an electric kettle for us. - food was great and very decently priced cons:
- property needs maintenance
- bathroom smelled of mould
- no tv or wifi - no lift (apparently accomodations in lava do not have lifts/elevators)
