Very pathetic service. Tv is not working. Toilet seat covers are broken, taps are leaking. Old rooms. No hot water.

Hotel is very good. Beautiful mountain view from hotel room, you can enjoy the view from balcony, night view is outstanding. Food and room service also good. Friendly staff behaviour.
